What are the rates of your services?

A basic Tune-Up:
A standard tune-up that includes adjusting brakes, derailleurs, and chain lubrication. This might be priced around $50–$75.
Advanced Maintenance Services: More time-intensive tasks like wheel truing, bottom bracket servicing, or complete drivetrain overhauls. These could range from $75 to $150 depending on the complexity.
One-on-One Lessons or Workshops: Hands-on instruction where customers learn how to maintain or repair their own bikes. Rates could be $30–$50 per hour, or a set fee of $100–$200 for a multi-hour class.
Flat-Fix Service: If someone just needs a flat tire repaired, you might charge $10–$20 plus the cost of a tube if required.
Custom Work or Specialized Services: Building or refurbishing a bike, installing new components, or handling complex repairs could have variable pricing, starting at $50 and going up based on the scope of the job.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

The warranty covers craftsmanship and installation errors. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or modifications made after delivery.
Duration: Common practice is a 30- to 90-day warranty, but you could extend it to six months or a year for added customer confidence. For certain high-quality components or premium services, a longer warranty might be more appropriate.

Conditions: The bike must be brought back to you for any warranty repairs or adjustments. Customers need to keep the receipt or proof of service. The warranty is voided if other service providers alter the original work.
What’s Not Included: Parts (unless supplied by you and specified in the agreement). Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance. Cosmetic issues that don’t affect functionality.
